Hello,
I have sent two emails to your business address regarding the preorder I placed back in May. My order number is 1238106883 , and I have not gotten any update SMS on where my order is since. I have screenshots of everything, and also attached those to the email. I am concerned because I spent $149 on the Genshin Impact City of Winds and Idllys OST Limited Edition Bundle. Is this normal? Please help. I just want to know where my order is and when I will get it. Having no updates since May is worrying.

Thank you for contacting us. For the OST Limited Bundle Box, the answer is "It is normal". We do not ship out any OST Limited Bundle yet, since we do not receive it from China right now.
Because the OST includes discs and digital contents, the United States Customs and Clearance department announced they should be under review for inspection before importing. So it takes a little bit longer process, but we already ordered a flight for it in the first two weeks in October. We estimated they will be shipped in October.
