    I enquired about my order status a month ago (!) through both email and online support and have not received a response. I ordered back in January and would like an update on what's happening with my order since 2/3 items have arrived at your company and I've received no updates about shipping. My order number is 1351769831.

    We checked your order at the back. Your package is already packed and waiting for Monday (June 5) for dropping at the shipping carrier's location.

    We are sorry for the late response to the email, we received a huge volume of emails inquiries and the responding efficiency is low. Therefore, we just opened the community for customers a few weeks ago.

    The mug will be put into a separate package, which will be sent out before 7/15, since the mug already arrived at the Los Angelos port, right now mugs are waiting for clearance.

    Next time when you have questions please feel free to ask in the community, our customer service team will keep responding to the community inquiries priority.
