I'd like to ask about order 796859306, made and paid on 22 August 2021
I can see that all the items included (Rex Lapis plushie + Skyward Harp keychain + Wolf's Gravestone keychain) are currently in stock but I have not received any updates since the day the order was made.

Can I get any updates at all about it? I have recently checked my bank account and there's no return of payment registered either so as far as I understand, the order is still valid and should be processed as normal
