Order ID: 1361501501 Hi, I made an order in December with an in-stock item (pillow) and a pre-order item (book), thinking that the in-stock item would be shipped immediately, but the lack of update seems to indicate that you're waiting for all items to be in stock first before shipping. Now I understand the policy for refunds is limited, but the in-stock item was supposed to be a gift and it is now too late, so I would really appreciate if you could exceptionally partially refund the order. I would still like to keep the pre-ordered item though if possible. Thank you very much |
