I'm a new customer here and I'd like to ask a few question about shippings:

- Does the UPS shipping has a tracking number?
- In the case my order contains different items that are not yet in stock (actually one is in stock, one is arriving and one is not on the shipping schedule, but it's said that will be shipped from september), will they be shipped separately or when all of them are arrived in your facility? If they will be shipped individually how does it works with the shipping costs? Will I have to pay multiple shippings?
- In the order summary, the voice "taxes" refers to the import customs duties or I will have to pay the custom duties separately after the shipping arrives in my country?

Yes, the UPS shipping will have a tracking number of your package.

- In the case my order contains different items that are not yet in stock (actually one is in stock, one is arriving and one is not on the shipping schedule, but it's said that will be shipped from september), will they be shipped separately or when all of them are arrived in your facility? If your order has several items which have different shipping dates. We will ship the order once items arrive in stocks together. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping costs, if separate packages service is available. Extra shipping may be applied to the order, so we will ship the items separately.

We recommend you place two orders for in-stocked items and pre-order items. Then, that will be easier to process the shipping items.

Usually, there is no separately taxes required at this time. The customs tax will be included in your order’s totals, but if your country’s customs and clearance department changed the rule, you may be charged for extra taxes abide the latest your county’s rule.
