In reference to order number 1689279837 that was placed on 10/29/2021. I have not received anything since you were paid in full for this order back on that date. $13.93 was sent for priority mail shipping as well. The total order was $41.02. Either ship the items immediately or return the payment in full. This is shameful, pitiful customer service. You cannot keep customer's money without sending the goods that were ordered. Either send the items to be received immediately or refund the money. You have have more than enough time to rectify this. SH
