To anyone who still got issues with their orders, contact them using social media. I’ve been told that all the staff and the email contact that my friends and I got in contact with from December and earlier are no longer with ACG Go. And this forum won’t/can’t be acccessed by their current team. They will respond quickly to social media, links on their updated website. My order was made last year in April 2021. Last contact was in December with old team members. My order had a missing item, and it was resolved within 2 days of contacting them on social media. |
