I received a review notification on August 1st for my order (no. 98952986), but I haven't received any info after that. For the record, I've ordered it on July 4th, and haven't received it yet. I can't check the order details/status either, it returns a 404 error.

Can I get an update on this order ?

Sorry for the late reply. We checked your package, the system shows us the package was delivered successfully. Did you receive the package yet? Please let us know if you did not receive it, we can file a package claim for you to the Postal Office, and then we will resend another package to you.
