    I got a notification that my items had been shipped on the 10th of August (order number 407067344).




    But the USPS tracking hasn't been updated since the 15th of August and I'm unable to start an inquiry. Therefore I'm starting to think that my package is lost or that something else might have gone wrong. I was hoping you could help me since USPS is not going to.
    This is my tracking number: LX677747025US

    We are so sorry to hear about that. We have shipped some products of your order already.

    We tried to contact the USPS to learn about the progress of your package, but there was no one to respond to us. So we are trying to file a claim to the package to make sure if they miss your package or not.

    We will let you know once they respond to us as soon as possible. If the USPS refunds your package, we will ship a new package to you after that.
