For order #616390704, I've already received a subset of the order back in April and have received another email in early September for the remaining pre-ordered items. The email has a tracking number attached which now shows up as cancelled. Any updates on this? Thanks! |

Thank you for contacting us, we do apologize to you for the delay issue. Let me tell you the latest situation of your order first. You order is currently waiting for the jumpy dumpty mug, all jumpy dumpty mugs are arrived at Los Angeles port waiting for unloading and customs clearance. We will ship the rest of them together once the mug arrives in-stocks.
About the canceled tracking number, which was a repeated one of your first packages. Our staffs wrong created a duplicated label on Aug 31st and we canceled it on Sep 1. So sorry to make you feel confused.
Hope the mugs can be cleared from the port soon, then we will ship the rest of your order to you as soon as possible.
