    Happy Thanksgiving!

    To our valued ACG Go customers: 

    We are currently experiencing severe shipping delays.

    Due to our shortage of packing boxes, please allow 7-10 business days for in- stock items to ship. Most Pre-Orders will be delayed by 1.5 months. If your pre-order is delayed, you will be notified via email by November 30, 2021.

    Please understand that we are staying in constant contact with our vendor, warehouses and shipping partners to determine the timeline of any potential delays and will actively communicate this important information to you as soon as possible.

    Cargo Updates

    As of Nov 20, 2021, we still have 5 shipments in transit (which should have been delivered to us long ago): 2 in self-pickup in Los Angeles, 1 in customs clearance, 1 waiting to be unloaded, and 1 on board waiting to dock at the Port of Los Angeles.  

    Although President Biden planned to establish the 7/24, around-the-clock operations at the Port of Los Angeles, a shortage of truck drivers and nighttime warehouse workers still results in a ship traffic jam that has not been well resolved, along with additional container detention charges.  

    The two shipments in the self-pickup have had complete inspection and review by the Customs and Clearance, and are ready for pick up by UPS and FedEx. However, due to the shortage of workers at the port, all workers were transferred to the unloading area. The self-pickup is in a shut-down status, our shipping carrier cannot enter the area to get our shipments.  

    Reminder: Please read carefully our store policy on Pre-orders before making your purchase. No refunds/order cancellations are accepted on pre-orders. Please consider the estimated delivery time when you place your order, ESD is calculated based on the production time provided by the factory/vendor and the recent average international logistics time combined, under the current conditions, ESD is not guaranteed and only for your reference.
